Snow, snow, and more snow!.....

It seems like this past month had done nothing but snowed day in and day out. It's almost getting rediculous, even for a super snow lover like myself. We just had a 3 day storm and we kinda had a break from it today but I found out that another storm is moving in tomorrow.... Ugh! -_-+ They've been canceling school a lot and now I have a lot to catch up on! Oh boy...

Still drawing though, I'm hoping to finish all the requests and trades by this weekend so we'll see what happens! Night everyone, enjoy the rest of the week and have fun in the snow too! lol!

Hey! My names Mariah B. aka Akasha and here's a couple of frequent questions I get...

How do you color your art?
- Since I lack a scanner I use my camera for my pictures, resulting in uneven lighting. Normally that would be inconvenient but I've learned to work with that to enhance the subject in my art. I then will color or touch-up certain areas in my picture using photoshop( usually the eyes) The rest is done traditionally. I rarely fully color with digital.

What does " AkashaOokami" stand for?
-I've always loved the name Akasha, ever since I read it in a book a couple of years ago, and Ookami is japanese for wolves... put it together, Akasha wolf... AkashaOokami! 8D

How long did it take you to get so good?
-16 years, with lots of practice, personally I dont find myself that talented yet... I've got a long way to go!

I love your eye icons! Can I have one?!
-Yezzir, I'm usually open all the time for icon requests. Just note me with what you'd like^^

Can I use your art for blogs,websites,RP (etc.)?
- I dont mind at all^^ So long as I get some credit for my work!
