Boy have I been buisy! lol! I've hardly been on the DA these past few months! I've been so distracted with school, and life, and friends that I've not really drawn anything lately... I've done some serious thinking and questioning my purpose and why I do the things I do... But I really want to get back into art again and I'm just kinda warming up.

I dont really have that much time though cuz I've been attending all my schools activities and I've also been video taping my schools football games for the team that way I can travel with them! Hahaha, a lot of the guys from the team are my good friends now and we're constantly hanging out and joking around!^^ They keep me pretty buisy too! Phew! lol

Lots of school work too! I gotta keep up, no slacking for seniors! But I'll make extra time to get my art stuff done but I want you all to know I have a lot on my plate so I dont have time to go back and sort through all my requests and trades so I'm starting over. :iconlarryseeswhatyoudidplz: If you want anything (requests, trades, eyecons) please contact me! Hey! My names Mariah B. aka Akasha and here's a couple of frequent questions I get...

How do you color your art?
- Since I lack a scanner I use my camera for my pictures, resulting in uneven lighting. Normally that would be inconvenient but I've learned to work with that to enhance the subject in my art. I then will color or touch-up certain areas in my picture using photoshop( usually the eyes) The rest is done traditionally. I rarely fully color with digital.

What does " AkashaOokami" stand for?
-I've always loved the name Akasha, ever since I read it in a book a couple of years ago, and Ookami is japanese for wolves... put it together, Akasha wolf... AkashaOokami! 8D

How long did it take you to get so good?
-16 years, with lots of practice, personally I dont find myself that talented yet... I've got a long way to go!

I love your eye icons! Can I have one?!
-Yezzir, I'm usually open all the time for icon requests. Just note me with what you'd like^^

Can I use your art for blogs,websites,RP (etc.)?
- I dont mind at all^^ So long as I get some credit for my work!

Thanks! You choose, full wolf or wolf eye. For full wolf it's just gray with brown streaks. Wolf eye it is gray around the eye and a glowing yellow eye.
